Tranquiliti currently delivers Australia-wide, only. The following delivery rates apply (AUD) when you checkout:

Tranquiliti applies a flat rate shipping cost. This means that a customer will only ever pay one shipping fee for any size order. The current rate is $12.70 applied to all regions and areas across Australia for orders under $100. Any order $100 and over will receive free shipping automatically at checkout. Tranquiliti reserves the right to alter freight charges at any time. Please continue to read our Terms & Conditions for updated freight cost information.
STANDARD DELIVERY | can take between 3 – 14 business days. We will try to ship your orders within the next business day. Understand that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
EXPRESS DELIVERY | we will deliver your orders within the next business day to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. Be mindful that express deliveries may take 1-5 business days - depending on origin, destination and other risks beyond our control like public holidays and courier delays.
LOCAL DELIVERY | if your parcel is to be delivered within 10km from 181 Windsor St, Richmond NSW 2753 you will be applicable for the 'Local Delivery' option at checkout. We will personally deliver your parcel within 48 hours, including on the weekend but excluding public holidays. Please leave a note in 'Delivery Instructions' where you prefer your parcel to be left.
LOST ORDER | if your order is lost in transit use the tracking code emailed to you to track the location of your order. If you still suspect your order was lost, contact us to rectify the problem.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS | products damaged in transit or not to standard must be reported to us via email contact@tranquiliti.com.au or Contact page with visual evidence photos/videos within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may make an insurance claim and advise whether we will either replace or refund the damaged products.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you change your mind after your purchase, we allow a 48hr Return policy of receipt, to be provided by reimbursement of payment.
Tranquiliti must be notified of a Return via our email contact@tranquiliti.com.au or Contact page, and Tranquiliti must authorise the Return, for a Return to be deemed valid. You must attach photo/video evidence of the Return order with reasoning for the Return.
All Return items must be in their original packaging, un-opened, without damage, and therefore in a condition to be re-sold. Any Return that deviates from this definition will not warrant a refund of any amount.
If a Return is lost in transit or damaged, Tranquiliti will not be able to provide a refund for the affected item or order.
Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.
